Branding agency for brands that get used, not just presented.
Content Khana is a branding agency in Cairo building brand strategy, visual identity, brand books and packaging for companies across Egypt and the Gulf — drawn for Arabic and English from the first sketch, not flipped into the second language afterwards.
Brand, PR, content, social, events and production under one roof — for United Nations agencies, the European Commission, the British Council and 200+ brands since 2015.

The short answer
What a branding agency actually does
A logo is the smallest part of it. A brand is the decision your customer makes before they have read a word.
A branding agency works out what an organisation stands for, who it is for and why anyone should choose it — then builds the system that says all of that without explaining it. That covers brand strategy and positioning, naming and verbal identity, logo and visual identity design, colour, typography, photography direction, packaging, signage, templates, and the brand book that keeps every one of those consistent once fifty people are using them.
Content Khana has been designing brands out of Cairo since 2015. What makes this branding agency different is where the work goes afterwards: because we also run PR, content, social, events and production in the same building, the identity we draw gets tested in a press release, on an exhibition stand, in a TV commercial and on a product label — usually within the same quarter. A branding and advertising agency that never has to live with its own guidelines writes prettier ones than it should.
How to choose a branding agency
1.
Ask to see the brand book, not the logo. Anyone can present a beautiful mark on a dark slide. Ask for a full guidelines document from a real project and see whether a junior designer could actually work from it.
2.
Ask what happens in Arabic. Most identities are drawn in Latin and translated after, which is why so many Arabic logotypes look bolted on. Professional branding in this market means both scripts designed together.
3.
Ask who applies it after handover. An identity is only worth what survives the first hundred applications — which is why working with a branding and digital marketing agency that also builds your campaigns tends to hold the brand together better than a pure design studio that disappears at delivery.
What we do
Our branding and design services
Twelve branding and design services, taken as one full identity programme or as the single piece you are missing. Each is quoted as its own line, so a startup can take strategy and a logo while a group takes the whole system.
Brand strategy
The part that decides everything after it: market and competitor audit, audience definition, positioning, brand architecture, values and the single idea the brand is built on. Delivered as a written platform your team can argue with, not a mood board nobody can act on.
Logo, wordmark and monogram, colour system, typography, layout grid, iconography, pattern and photography direction. Our branding and identity design work draws the Arabic and Latin logotypes side by side from the first sketch, because branding and logo design in two scripts is one job, not two.
The document that makes the identity usable by people who were not in the room: clear space, minimum sizes, correct and incorrect use, colour values in every space, type hierarchy, tone of voice and worked examples — delivered with the packaged files.
Repositioning an organisation that has outgrown its identity, merged, entered a new market or needs distance from its past. We audit what has equity and must survive, and what is holding you back — then plan the switchover so nothing goes dark mid-transition.
Structural and graphic packaging, labels, dielines, mandatory information in Arabic and English, shelf testing against the competitors it will actually sit beside, plus stationery, brochures and print production. What a branding and packaging agency is really selling is the two seconds on the shelf.
Names, taglines, product nomenclature and the tone of voice rules that keep a brand recognisable in writing. Checked for meaning and pronunciation in both Arabic and English — and for the domain and trademark availability that kills most shortlists.
The words the whole organisation uses: value proposition, proof points, elevator description, boilerplate and the answers to the three questions every buyer asks. Written by the team that will also have to defend them to a journalist.
Where the identity meets a wall: exhibition stands, stage sets, signage and wayfinding, pavilions, office interiors and vehicle livery. Designed and produced alongside the team already running your event, so the brand arrives finished rather than approximated on site.
How the identity behaves on screen: web and app design direction, social templates, ad and campaign frameworks, presentation and document templates, email design and motion rules for logo and titles.
Magazines, annual and impact reports, newsletters, whitepapers and post-event books — typeset in Arabic and English with the grid discipline long documents demand. Produced for UNIDO, Food Africa and the Arab Fertilizer Association, among others.
A new identity fails inside the company before it fails outside it. Launch film and announcement, staff briefing and toolkits, template migration, a phased application plan and the press push that makes the change read as confidence rather than panic.
A fixed-scope, fixed-price route for founders and SMEs: positioning workshop, logo in both scripts, colour and type, a short brand sheet and the core templates. Most branding companies for small business either overcharge for a full programme or hand over a logo with nothing behind it.
A mock brief line — but this is genuinely where we start. Strategy before sketches, because a logo drawn before the positioning is agreed is a decoration everybody argues about for six weeks.
CK BRAND is Content Khana’s own demo format. Real scope, timeline and cost come from your situation, your markets and how many applications the identity has to cover.

Proof
Our branding work
Identities, brand books, packaging and print that shipped and are still in use. A branding agency should be judged on how the work looks after two years of other people applying it, not on the day it was presented.
Identity systems
Identity systems, logotypes and brand books built for Arabic and English side by side.
Packaging
Packaging, publications and print — designed, proofed and produced through to press.
Under one roof
Brand, PR, content, social, events and production sit in the same building — so the identity is tested on a stand, a label and a press release in the same quarter it is drawn.
Bilingual by design
Arabic and Latin logotypes drawn together from the first sketch, not translated after — which is why both scripts look like they belong to the same brand.
Owned publishing
Magazines, newsletters and post-event reports produced for UNIDO, Food Africa and the Arab Fertilizer Association — typeset in both languages with the grid discipline long documents demand.

Questions
Branding services, answered honestly
A branding agency works out what an organisation stands for, who it is for and why anyone should choose it — then builds the system that says all of that without explaining it. That covers brand strategy and positioning, naming, logo and visual identity design, colour, typography, packaging, and the brand book that keeps everything consistent once fifty people are using it.
There is no honest flat rate. Cost depends on scope — a startup taking strategy and a logo is priced differently from a group taking the full identity system with packaging and rollout. We scope against your objectives and give you a fixed number before anything starts. Book a free consultation and we will price the shape of work you actually need.
Yes. We draw the Arabic and Latin logotypes side by side from the first sketch, rather than designing in one script and translating into the other. That matters: an Arabic logotype bolted onto a Latin identity looks exactly like what it is, and Egyptian audiences notice.
A full identity programme typically runs eight to twelve weeks: two to three weeks of strategy, four to six weeks of design, and two to three weeks of guidelines and handover. A starter package for a small business can be delivered in three to four weeks.
You receive the brand book, all logo files in every format (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG), colour values in Pantone, CMYK, RGB and HEX, web font files, templates for stationery and presentations, and the editable source files. Everything is handed over in your name with full ownership.
Extensively. Our clients include UNDP, UNESCO, WHO, UNIDO, UNFPA, UN Women, UNODC, UN-Habitat, ILO, the European Commission, GIZ, the British Council, Plan International and CARE Egypt. We are one of the United Nations’ accredited companies for events management.
Yes. We handle structural and graphic packaging, labels, dielines, mandatory information in Arabic and English, and shelf testing against the competitors your product will actually sit beside. We also manage the print production through to press.
We offer an internal rollout service: staff briefing, template migration, supplier and printer briefs, a launch announcement, and a phased application plan. Because we also run PR, content, social and events, we can apply the identity across every channel — or hand it to your team with the guidelines to do it themselves.
